Aiery (“Aiery,” “we,” “us”) is an AI health-coaching service operated by ConditionCreative. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how SMS (text message) data is handled and how to opt out.
SMS, in one line: we text you only because you asked us to. We never share or sell your phone number or message content for marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us at signup: your name, email address, mobile phone number, health and wellness goals, dietary restrictions, and what you choose to name your coach.
- Conversations you have with Aiery by phone call or text — including transcripts, message content, and summaries — so the service can remember you across sessions.
- Usage information such as call duration, message timestamps, and the consent you provided (including when and how you opted in to SMS).
2. How we use your information
- To provide coaching — recognizing you when you call or text and personalizing responses to your goals and history.
- To remember you across conversations (this memory is the product).
- To send you SMS messages you’ve consented to: coaching replies, reminders, and check-ins.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging
When you check the consent box on our signup form, you opt in to receive text messages from Aiery at the number you provided. By opting in:
- Messages are for coaching, reminders, and check-ins tied to your active relationship with Aiery.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversations. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@aiery.ai.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share your mobile opt-in, phone number, or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not sell this data. Mobile information is shared only with the vetted vendors that help deliver messages (see below).
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run Aiery, and only as needed to do so:
- Twilio — to deliver and receive calls and text messages.
- Supabase — to securely store your profile and conversation data.
- AI model providers (e.g. for voice and language processing) — to generate coaching responses.
- Stripe — to process payments, if you subscribe to a paid plan.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users. We never sell your personal information.
5. Data security & retention
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured infrastructure. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your Choices).
6. Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Delete your data: email hello@aiery.ai and we’ll remove your profile and conversation history.
- Ask Aiery to forget: tell your coach to forget a specific detail and we’ll remove it.
- Access or correct: contact us to review or update what we hold about you.
7. Not medical advice
Aiery provides general wellness and lifestyle coaching. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
8. Children
Aiery is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
